The No-BS Version
- Digital = no refunds unless something breaks
- Physical = refunds or exchanges (when applicable) within 7 days
- We’re fair, but not pushovers
- Don’t be a scammer—we’re tired and covered in fur
Refunds (Digital Products)
We sell digital goods like the Chaos-Compatible Dog Parent Starter Pack, Woof-a-Pedia guides, and downloadable printables.
Due to the nature of digital files (aka: once you download it, it’s yours forever), we do not offer refunds on these products.
BUT—if something’s broken, corrupted, or you didn’t get the thing you paid for, email us at contact@zerowoofsgiven.com and we’ll fix it. Fast.
We’re not monsters. We just need boundaries.
Returns (Physical Products)
Our paperback books are printed through an on-demand service (aka: we don’t have stacks of them in our garage).
If your book shows up looking like it lost a fight with a wood chipper—or has any printing issues at all—you’ll need to contact the print company directly for a replacement. Their info will be in your confirmation or shipping email.

Time Limits & Expectations
If you have an issue, let us know within 7 days of purchase or delivery. If it’s been longer than that… well, we still love you, but we may not be able to help. That’s life.
